Early check-in, helpful communication, best possible location. The room was cosy and cheap, and the beds were good. Savoury selection at breakfast including pastries and vegetable.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Lucerne, had much fun. The rooms were neat with cutlery, soft fluffy pillow plus utensils. Staff was always ready to help, we had good communication. The location was super central.

The location and staff were lovely for us. We appreciated to have evening drinks at Storchen Weinbar, based nearby. The room is reasonably priced. Hotel's valet is one of the top employees! Great overall experience.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.

Very clean hotel in EXCELLENT location in Lucerne. The beds were comfortable. Lake Lucerne is near to the property. The restaurant was located within 500 feet.
